I am probably better known as the owner and creator of http://www.BrigitteMehr.com but what many people do not realise is that for the last 15 years I have been a very successful and highly sought after Complementary Therapist.
I specialise in Reflexology, Massage, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy & Reiki Healing to name just a few of my skills. In this short video I demonstrate and explain how it is possible to treat tension headaches using a quick and simple hand reflexology technique or by using head massage.
By using these quick and simple techniques it is possible to release some or all of the tension causing the pain without needing to resort to drugs or medication.

Hello
I cannot begin to tell you how much your website helped me. I’ve been taking painkillers for about 30 years for tension headaches. I also suffer bad neck pain. I’d run out of painkillers today and turned to the ‘net’ for help. Found you and did the thumb and bone at the hairline tips, together with the Lavender oil. What a difference. Thank you so, so much.

Fantastic news Sheila, you could also try some remedial massage on your back neck and shoulders to release the tension knots there which will also be a factor in your headaches.
reflexology can really soothe those very stressed joints and muscles`’`
I am really thankful to this topic because it really gives useful information :–
